Salt Spring Savouries
Elizabeth Buchanan’s Salt Spring Savouries are extremely popular at our Tuesday and Saturday Farmers’ Markets. Her organically grown dried salts and seasonings give a wonderful boost to dressings, dips, roasted veggies, tofu, popcorn, soups and stews.
Elizabeth has also created a Nettle Chai Tea that has all the punch and flavour of regular Chai without the caffeine.

Seabrook Medicinals herbalist, Saci Spindler, is dedicated to supporting peoples’ health and well being. The products are made in small batches and utilize the highest quality herbs prepared with intention and love. All of the ingredients are biodynamically and organically grown, ethically wild crafted or sourced from small scale farms.

Salt Spring Botanicals is owned and operated by Rupert Adams who has been growing many Ayurvedic, Chinese, European & indigenous herbs for various medicinals, and harvesting their seeds for inclusion in the Salt Spring Seeds on-line and printed catalogues.
