Cascade Ruby-Gold Flint Corn


Zea mays. A true flint corn that makes the most delicious, fragrant cornmeal to turn into tortillas, polenta or cornbread. Bred for the Pacific Northwest climate, this corn matures early, and dries down well in cool, moist fall weather. Ready to harvest when husks turn pale and dry.
