Indian Blue Sweet Corn (Zea mays)

Heritage variety with colour-coded cobs. Starting white (when they are sweet and tender) the kernels turn yellow, then pink (when most flavourful). As they age they turn purple and when fully dry are very dark blue. Plants grow 3-6 feet and produce 2 or 3 cobs. Cobs are small, with 10-12 rows of kernels and average 5 inches. Ripens reliably, even in cool summers.
