Medicinal Herbs have become the most popular category of seeds on our site. They can heal what ails you and support your well being. They have extremely long histories of safe use. They are easy to grow and wonderful to observe. They are amazing at encouraging biological diversity.

Most medicinal herb seeds are quite tiny and need to be started in flats or pots before transplanting out. For medicinal perennials, there is a large window of planting times; you can start them up until the middle of summer to establish them enough to successfully overwinter. On the other hand, you need to start annual herbs early in the spring if you are intending to save seed from them.

All packets contain 100+ seeds unless otherwise stated. Unlike most food crops, you usually don't need many plants to fulfill your needs and desires. Growing instructions are on the backs of the seed packets.
