Brassica oleracea. We've been making selections of this cultivar since 2021. Now, five years later, it is not only hardy in wet and cold winter conditions, it is extremely productive and uniform. Plant in late summer for early spring shoots. Hardy to at least zone 5. Delicious and gorgeous.
